Sounds interesting about Life and Food here in Norway and Yes I can call it to myself ''Viking Negros and why?
First of all Philippines is my country of origin in the other side of the world. It takes a lot of hrs before landing not a joke but this is how it is ..Anyway back to the food here in Norway we used a lot of sauce white and brown made of flour from flour water and some soup from the meat fish or vegetables.
While in Philippines we used to have vinegar soy sauce salt and vitsen without these delicious flavours I believed parang hindi kompleto ang luto natin or we can say no taste at all. Okay last few days parang inaatake ako ng homesickness ..I want to cry and don't know what I'm going to do.Thanks one thing come inside my head parang nakita ko yong isang bagay na naka tulong para mawala yong lungkot sounds corney but totoo naman hehe.
You know what it is biglang may nag whispered sa tainga ko Inasal ..Gumawa ka ng Chicken inasal ..Yezzz nandito na but wait may mga ingredients na dapat kailangan of course to be sure gin opened naman si Mr. Google thanks nakita na rin sila kon ano ang kulang at mayroon ako sa aking refrigerator..
Pag may chicken inasal of course my rice naman at Atsara na Papaya sounds beautiful and colorful right and never to forget with Calamansi, vinegar and soy sauce at Kamayan portion naman mas prefer ako kasi may mga bones na no need to use yong kubyertos meaning spoon and fork.. That's it mga Palangga ko! Enjoy your meal, Have fun! '' Believe me or not the best Inasal na makita at matikman sa buong mundo comes from Bacolod City Negros Occidental.
